Stalls

We are keen to hear from both external vendors and local people wishing to have a stall at the Garw Carnival and Rural Fair. We are particularly keen to hear from people selling locally sourced produce and anyone doing something a bit different!

COSTS

Pitch Only - £15 (or 10 Time Credits)

Pitch and Covered Stall (inc. table) - £40 covered pitch with table (or £25 + 10 Time Credits)

Electricity - £5 Charge (where required)

Pitches measure 2.5 metres square. In most cases we can supply multiple pitches side by side to accomodate larger stalls.

Please note, prices previously advertised in our brochure are a misprint. These prices are correct. Apologies for any confusion.

Please note: STALLS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. ANYBODY TURNING UP ON THE DAY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON SITE. DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, ALL STALLS MUST BE COVERED. YOU CAN ONLY BOOK AN UNCOVERED STALL IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN GAZEBO OR SIMILAR APPROVED COVERING.
